Každý vinař, který pěstuje révu vinnou a vyrábí z ní víno, musí mít k této ušlechtilé plodině vztah. Vztah to není ledajaký. Čeká Vás dlouhá, namáhavá a přitom krásná cesta všemi ročními obdobími. Cokoliv na této cestě ošidíte nebo zanedbáte, bude rozpoznatelné.
A pak je tu sama příroda, proti jejímž rozmarům nic nezmůžete. Zbývá než čekat, jak se právě v tomto roce zachová. Takové jsou protiklady. Víra vinaře ve své schopnosti a zároveň pokora před tím, co není možno ovlivnit lidskou vůlí.
Pan Václav Trpělka v roce 1991 vinařství založil a společně s Ing. Lubošem Oulehlou se pustili do poctivé práce, dnes již na 26 ha vinic. Majitelé věří, že když se k dílu přistupuje s péčí a láskou, projeví se to v hroznech a konečně i ve výsledném produktu - víně. Moderní technologie výroby, řízené kvašení a následné další procesy při zrodu vína jsou samozřejmé.
Obec Nové Bránice se nachází 1 km od vinařského města Dolní Kounice, které se pyšní tradicí pěstování vína již od 12. století. Vše souvisí se zdejším klášterem Rosa Coeli (Růže nebeská) a samozřejmě půdními a klimatickými podmínkami. Zvláště zdejší štěrkopísky dávají nenapodobitelnou identitu vyhlášené Frankovce. V posledních letech se dostává velkému uznání zejména vínům odrůdy Sauvignon a Chardonnay.
Vyráběná červená vína jsou: Frankovka, Modrý Portugal, Svatovavřinecké, Zweigeltrebe, Rulandské modré, André a Merlot. Z bílých vín pak: Müller Thurgau, Veltlínské zelené, Pálava, Rulandské šedé, Chardonnay a Sauvignon. Rosé z Frankovky Vám přinese skvělé osvěžení.
Posledním krokem před tím, než lahve s vínem opustí mateřský sklep, je opatření etiketou.
Reginu Coeli (Královnu nebes) pro nás navrhl brněnský grafik Pavel Brabec. Věříme, že Vás etiketa osloví. Výsledky práce se zrcadlí jednak v tom, že se vína dobře prodávají a zároveň i v ocenění na soutěžích (Valtické vinné trhy, Vinex, Vino-forum, Sauvignon Forum...).

Every wine grower who grows his own grapes and makes wine from it, must have a deep relationship to this noble plant; a relationship which is not just ordinary. On top of all your efforts is Mother Nature herself with all her twists beyond our control. There is nothing to do but wait to see what she has planned for us this year. These are the two sides of one coin; the trust of the winemaker in his abilities and the respect for the inevitable.
In the year 1991 Mr. Vaclav Trpělka established a private wine production, and with the help of Mr. Luboš Oulehla began the hard, honest work which has brought them to their current 28 ha of vineyards. Both owners believe that doing one’s work with love and care, brings a reward in the grapes and then the final product - wine. The newest technology in production such as controlled fermentation and all the following steps thru the genesis of mature wine are a given in this wine cellar.
The villiage of Nové Bránice lays just 1km from to the proud wine town of Dolní Kounice whose winemaking roots date to the 12th Century. Wine was introduced here by the monks of the Rosa Coeli monastery and thanks to the local soil supported the climate the region it became known even beyond Czech borders. The local gravel based hills gave birth to the non- replicable Blaufrankisch wine.
Other local single-grape based reds are: Modrý “blue” Portugal, St. Laurent, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and André. For lovers of white wine the local vineyards can offer great varieties of: Müller Thurgau, Green Veltliner, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay or, Sauvignon Blanc.
The poof of quality work is reflected in its price variety and through the awards received at both local as well as international competitions (such as the Valtické vinné trhy, VINEX, VINOFORUM, SAUVIGNON FORUM…).

Jeder Winzer, der Wein anbaut und aus den Trauben Wein keltert, muss zu dieser edlen Pflanze eine Beziehung haben. Diese Beziehung ist nicht irgendeine. Es erwartet ihn ein langer, anspruchsvoller, jedoch auch schöner Weg durch die vier Jahreszeiten. Was er auf dieser Strecke versäumt oder verfälscht, wird erkennbar sein. Dazu gibt es auch noch die Natur mit ihren Launen und Gewalten, welche der Winzer hinnehmen muss. Das sind die Gegensätze, welche in Einklan gebracht werden müssen. Das Wissen des Winzers und seine Fähigkeiten und die Demut davor, was der Mensch nicht beeinflussen kann.
Vaclav Trpelka hat im Jahr 1991 den Weinbau mit seinem Schwiegersohn, Dipl . Ing. Lubos Oulehla zusammen gegründe und sie haben eine hevorragende Arbeit geleistet. Heute arbeiten sie auf 28 Hektar Weinbaugebiet. Die Inhaber glauben fest daran, dass sich die Liebe zur Arbeit und der Pflege der Weinstöcke letztendlich auf das Produkt auswirkt – den Wein.
Die modernen Technologien und die gesteuerten Gärungsprozesse tun ihr weiteres und sind selbstverständlich.
Das dorf Nove Branice befindet sich 1 km von der Weinstadt Dolni Kounice entfernt. Diese Stadt mit dem Kloster Rosa Coeli ist für die Tradition des Weinbaus schon seit dem 12. Jahrhundert bekannt. Die natürlichen Klimabedingungen und besonders die dortigen Kiessände erteilen dem bekannten Rotwein Frankovka seine unvergleichbare Note.

Von den Weissweinen bieten wir: Müller Thurgau, Grüner Veltliner, Grauer Rulander, Chardonnay und Sauvignon.
Der letzte Schritt der Weinproduktion, bevor die Flaschen den Keller verlassen, ist die Etikettierung. Der Brünner Graphiker Pavel Brabec entwarf unsere Etikette Regina Coeli (die Königin des Himmels). Die Ergebnisse unserer guten Arbeit spiegeln sich einerseits in dem guten Verkauf unserer Weine, andererseits in den Auszeichnungen verschiedener Wettbewerbe (Weinmarkt Valtice, VINEX, VINOFORUM, SAUVIGNON FORUM…)
